Not necessarily. With a notarized power of attorney, our team can complete the transfer on your behalf. However, being present can speed up the process.
The title deed transfer fee is 4% of the declared property value, split equally between buyer and seller (2% each). Additional fees include earthquake insurance (DASK) and registration charges.
